For your first class in our women's self-defense series, wear comfortable athletic clothing, like a fitted t-shirt paired with yoga pants or shorts. If you have shoes that offer good traction, feel free to wear those. If you have any gear, such as gloves, bring them along, but we're happy to provide basic equipment for you.
